Sub $400 portable headphones [Denon/AKG]

I'm looking for a pair of portable headphones. Here is what I need from them: ability to be powered by an iPhone, very little to no noise leakage, comfort. The only portable headphones I've had have been the Sennheiser Momentum's, but the pads were too small resulting in an uncomfortable and unsatisfying listening experience. I am currently considering either the Denon D600's or the AKG K545's. Does anyone have experience with either of these headphones, or possibly a better alternative? Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention in the original post that I am wanting an over-ear design. I have heard good things about the 1350's, but I'm not a fan of on-ears.
