Help this poor Westone Um Pro 20.

I bought this great UM Pro 20 3 months ago. However, I accidentally dropped the earphone on the floor, and it just broke it in half. The other side is fine. The damage is pretty bad, the red and blue wire inside separate from the gold metal part because of the plastic broke in half.

Question : Is that possible to fix it by soldering the wire back to the metal part? If not what should i do to fix.
I didnt buy it from US, so im on my own.

Thanks guys

I have the same problem, and I bought my UM Pro 20s in Hong Kong.

They've fallen apart multiple times, with the wire staying intact, and for those multiple times I have used superglue to try and hold them together.

The wires have disconnected now, and I am thinking of bringing them to warranty at the Thinking Group customer service in HK, but I am not sure if they'll do it, because of all this dried superglue.

Also, soldering such tiny wires is difficult.

was interested in buying these but now after reading these I`m staying away from them, try to find a westone dealer in your place, if not contact westone and send the single piece that broke to them by mail perhaps they can replace it for free or sell you a single piece for a good price.
