Sennheiser hd25ii

I'm pretty new. I've got three pairs of headphones, none of which are exercise phones. So I've been running in the above. I'll stop. I didn't think anything about it until just today.

It's been winter so I haven't sweat much but today was a little warmer and I started to wonder if I might hurt them.

Now I'm ocd about it. They seem to still sound the same. Is there any way to know if I hurt anything? Am I just being paranoid.

Also looking for good exercise headphone advice. Any info on yurbuds?
