Did you get the diy red color wire one ?

It's good imho ...I have them ..cool.gif Slightly smaller soundstage than diy pk2 but i prefer it to pk2 ( a bit too much for my set or maybe the qc quality might be a factor being diy )

These are too cheap to sell plus performance to effing submarine 😍... Ohhh that vocals are like dunu dn2000 😏... I'm in love and that treble is the ocharaku flat 4.😨... Amazing, only five hours and this is what its capable of 😌

Yep, probably take 3+ weeks to arrive, and I'll forget about it so its really just a random pleasant surprise waiting to happen.

in simple terms, after 24 hours of burn in, this reminds me of senn hd800 except the bass. the bass is very light. lighter than be5.

this is definitely treble happy.\

the gold of the trades is the transparency, resolution, and soundstage, and most clean and clear sounding buds.

I agree that the bass of the tg38s is not overly heavy. And certainly not more than the be5 or the anv3 however the bass is fast and punchy. The treble is still a bit of a problem however very dependent on what track I play. I mainly play 256-320 mp3 from iPod/iPhone.

The micro details are amazing, never heard the HD800 so can't comment 😃

It's not earbuds, just the molds

Dasetn's measurements show cutoff around 26Hz, TG-JL1 plays 20Hz just fine.

To my ears both play the 20Hz or probably around 23 Hz if the test is a frequency sweep.
On the high frequency they both do though 17 kHz and start to roll off at 18 kHz but that could also be my hearing.

I have these on my RE-0 but they won't fit an ear bud. Because of the shallow insertion they kill bass which the RE-0 already are shy of anyway. But they are comfortable and secure.
