Dual voice coils in the TG-JL1! Looks like they fit into a Yuin shell! I don't want to be the first to jump in the pool though. . . .

It's a differently tuned "OEM version" of IE800. Not worth trying.

Even on Taobao only previous Tingo customers that can prove it can buy it. They won't ship to anyone else - will cancel the

purchase. Only total of 30 were made so far - 23 left at the moment.

Having said that, this Aliexpress seller managed to get one for me - even though it took almost 2 weeks to ship:

No guarantee they'll be able to buy more.

The shell is a PK1 one with black tungsten coating - much heavier than the original PK1.

First impressions:

TG-JL1 is as good or better than TG-38S, but due to size and weight may not be a good choice for everybody.

PK1 is not as good as TG-38S, but is still a good earbud.

Didn't listen to PK2 yet.

Where you listen pk1 from? Pk1 need a poweful amp to make it sing.

Am interested in hearing more about the TG JL1...it's a little more low key than the 38S...I know, vain, but I work in an office, and judgement is rife.

*EDIT* Who am I kidding...they have all seen my woodied Grados and Magnums....what's a pair of silver plastic earbuds?
