Plus I assume that everyone knows what Olympus mons is?... Its the tallest mountain in the solar system, located on mars.

Yep. There aren't too many up in that realm are there? Orpheus, Stax SR-009, Abyss, Ultrasone Edition 5 and...?

... Don't ask me, cause I haven't even really embarked on my journey up the mountain... Plus, I can't wait to get my first pair of true audiophile cans, those JVC harx900's! Still wondering if I'm a bass head at heart, or more of an audiophile... Scratch that question. I still love to hear, or rather FEEL bass hitting my head... I just also enjoy flat sound... I AM A CONFUSED AUDIOPHI'BASSHEAD!!!!

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 - Eminem
Nothing Was the Same - Drake
Magna Carta Holy Grail - Jay-Z
Yeezus - Kanye West
Born Sinner - J. Cole

I Am Not a Human Being II - Lil Wayne
The Gifted - Wale
Long. Live. ASAP - ASAP Rocky
Indicud - Kid Cudi
Watching Movies with the Sound Off - Mac Miller
I'm of the opinion that Hip-Hop can as much or more than any contemporary genre for audio equipment. I mean you might not be listening to Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture on the original record that was since plated in meteorite and treated with unicorn oil to prevent degredation, but it does a surprisingly good job.

Magna Carta sucked so much IMO, its not even funny. Same with Yeezus and born sinner. The rest of the bolded ones I liked.

Well, the most I've spent on a headphone is $200. Of my 3 iPods, 2 were gifts, and 1 was free (found it, no one claimed it, I kept it lol). So I can't really feel like I've spent too much on the sound.

Also, you take that back! Playing the original Mario bros. on a 46 inch Sony T.V is freaking awesome. lol

Really? Not big on Born Sinner?

I'll agree most of that was pretty overrated, but then again I'm hard pressed to find many albums in the past 5 years or so that top Doris.

O.O SEND ME AN IPOD!!!! I NEEDZ DA MUSIC PLAYER THAT IS ACTUALLY GOOD!... My Nokia lumia's audio jack finally broke after a few weeks of being a stupid ***** that would randomly change my songs, or activate the windows phone version of siri. (basically the same software, but without all of the quirky, funny reactions to things you say, and it has a different voice. Siri was developed in part by Microsoft, and siri on iPhone uses Bing, the Microsoft search engine.)My backup audio player is my old phone, which I only need to charge every 3 days might I add, but I also only have a 2 GB SD card in it, and I don't feel like buying a second one, plus it doesn't have an equalizer, and its audio is a little on the crappy side of quality. My Nokia lumia's audio was the best I've heard from a mobile device, and I've heard iPod touch Gen 4, iPod shuffle, hp laptops, and a few more. Its equalizer is just so nice, and it has Dolby headphone for when I'm playing games... Sucks for music and videos however.

lol. That's the worst computer money can buy! 1200$ for the equivalent of a 300$ windows laptop!... If you don't feel completely and utterly stupid, you must be too old and listening to biased idiots in their early teens who don't look at usability, specs, etc.

Eeeeeeveryone says that until they have one...

I had an $1100 windows gaming laptop I pawned off to a relative to get this. Plus I have an Asus Zenbook that's sitting on the floor beside me that I just bring out now and again when I need to do something on Windows-specific software. For me and my needs? It's no contest. I'm an Apple guy.

Are they overpriced? Depends on your budget overall. If you're trying to squeeze the maximum performance out of your dollar, yes. If you have the liquid income to afford one? There's no reason not to get one. They're the laptop equivalent of Summit-Fi headphones.

No offense, but you made a terrible decision buying that piece of crap. Go sell it and get an actually good computer. That macbook pro has a dual core 3.4 GHz processor with 4 GB of ram. For 400$, you can get a windows desktop with a quad core 3.5 GHz processor and 8 GB of ram... That's the same speed as a 1400$ mac desktop computer for 1000$ less, and don't try to pull out the old "Macs don't get viruses though!"... They get viruses just as easily as any other computer. That's just a common misconception by the American public.

I would never get a mac for a personal computer. First off, NO STEAM! Second of all, they lack performance even for 1400$. For 1400$ you could get an alienware desktop computer with a quad core 4.2 GHz processor with 16 GB of ram... That just makes a mac look like a piece of slow crap that you stamp an apple logo on. Third, they lack moddability. Fourth, not good for professional programmers, music producers, or anything other than someone that got it for free from their job.
