Wireless with bass

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate forum to post in for my specific question but in the past I have come to this website in search of headphones and have always received plenty of help. I'm looking for speakers that I can use to connect to my phone to play music. I will be using these in a small apartment as well as on the beach, in the backyard, etc. Wireless is nice, but if they weren't I could always use an adapter such as this http://www.myrocki.com/#preorder . While portability is nice, it's not a big deal, as I will not be carrying them around too often, and would rather have a larger speaker with better performance. However I am looking for something with good bass. My budget is around $500 total. After much research I was originally planning on purchasing two Pasce minirig speakers in addition to their subwoofer, http://minirigs.co.uk/ I have heard nothing but positive reviews of them. However, I realized that these are very portable and with a larger speaker I may be able to get a better sound. I honestly don't know anything about speakers and would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you

I just received my ROCKI the other day (I was a Kickstarter backer), and I haven't had too much time to play with it.  My initial impression is that it's a great device, but as an iOS user, I haven't been able to play with the playlist app yet.  I streamed from my iPad to the ROCKI via AirPlay, and it sounds great when connected to the Bowers & Wilkins MM-1.  (Again, I only used it for 20 minutes or so.)

I dig that it gives AirPlay mode to devices that normally wouldn't have it, and I can't wait to play with it more when the iOS app is released.
