Did pretty much everything :)) You're from Malaysia also
My visit was mainly for a business course on shrimp hatchery management. But I won a first prize from a Malaysian photographic community (a web based forum site) at the same period and meet many good people there.
I have been in the forests , sailing on the sea, climbing some hills (mountains you call them), and doing pretty much everything including climbing the coconut trees and living with a farmer family in a village for one week. I did shoot nearly 10.000 photos and published some of them ;) I also learned your language at that period but forgotten many things by the time.
Edit: forgot the food part, of course I have tried many foods. Your foods are generally very spicy. And also rice occupies a big part on the food chain. I like to eat the food from the sea especially. It was a very great experience for me. I love tropical fruits and ate excessively there... Liked a sugary drink which is derived from a cut of a tree (its not sugar cane, forgot its name). I love a Malaysian energy drink Tangkat Ali (if I remember correctly), it was more popular than Redbull there...
Terima kasish ;)
