I had quite an experience dealing with this seller - who sold me a Total Airhead amp. Through the process he had:
- a good price to start
- great communication
- a pleasant attitude

HOWEVER in the end it went all wrong - it wasn't at all his fault yet Herb did everything he could to make it better than if it went smoothly!

It's unfortunate it didn't work out but he's been the best I could ask for from a seller.

In short, the package must've gotten lost during shipping somewhere between US and Canada and there wasn't tracking to see where this took place. I learned a lesson here (use tracking always on crossborder shipments!) but better yet Herb didn't hesitate one bit in full refunding what I had paid him.

I was extremely pleasing and would jump at the chance to do business with him again.

I sold Herb my Headroom gigabag. Everything went smoothly, very quick payment and just a great guy to deal with. Would deal with him again without hesitation.

I got Herb's other TDS- excellent transaction all around. He gave me his cell to answer questions, and when I paid, he shipped right away and the packing was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Herb again.
