Mp3 Player Recommendation?

I'm hoping you can help me find a budget mp3 player that meets my needs. It seems the requirements I have are kind of hard to find anymore? Anyway, I need an mp3 player that:

1) when starting the player have it resume play from the exact point in an mp3 where you left off when you shut down

2) allows you to fastforward or reverse through the current file and into the next or previous file in a continuous timeline

3) allows me to organize mp3 files into groups by album - as specified by the ID3 tags in the files

4) allows me to specify the exact file I want to start playing and continue with the rest of the album from there

5) has good battery life

I mostly listen to audio books in mp3 format. According to the little information I've been able to glean from Amazon reviews of various players out there, the above listed features are not in many players.

I had an RCA M4304-A mp3 player that I accidentally crushed. It had all of these features and now I'm trying to find a replacement. Thanks.

I think the Sony NWZ-W262 might work, and it's only $30-40.
