Thanks

Actually looking for a Internal USB Card which can be connected to a DAC unit. I have a MSB Diamond DAC and at the moment building my gaming computer which I will use for movies and music too. Wanted a top of the rave USB card designed to output with lower noise.

Well Newegg sells 106 PCI-E to USB cards, from $13 to $70.

Did you have a budget for the USB card?

VIA Technologies makes a 32-Bit/384K USB interface chip, but so far have not found any PC add-on cards with that chip-set.

You don't have to worry about it as it's just total digital USB transport level at this point (jeez don't give the mfg's ideas).  Just figure out what kinda slot you have available (pci or pci-e), and try to find a card with 4 ports & doesn't require addl. power.

if your gaming, i would get a DAC that supports optical/coaxial too. I find that gaming with a DAC using USB decreases the sound positioning in games .  Whereas using optical, it does not. The audio positioning in games is the same as using your onboard soundcard.
