They are available here. Not at that price though. Add another 200 to it and thats about right lol. I'm looking at that and have been trying to find one to test out. Haven't found one yet though.

Dag, that is rough.. Like I said before, prices are game changers..Those 550 X are supposed to be pretty good too, and they have my beloved apt-x too..  $319 is a killer price..

Yeh definitely at that price its great value. The prices I pay are always much higher though. Which is why I don't really want to risk buying anything without trying them. A lot of money to spend.

I just found out that they have a head-fi special going on for the S1's directly on their site and have cancelled my exisitng order and placed an order there; was told that they should be here in a week from their NA office.

I saw the special on their website. $179 and free shipping. Quite a good deal. As usual though the deal doesn't apply for me lol. Always miss out on the good international promotions here in Australia.

I just went to their website, and I didn't see that special you mention. I think it is $179.95 with free shipping for the SI version.  Could you provide a link and/or how to get that special..For $179.95 with free shipping I will surely try them out. They seem to be on the same style as the Harman Kardon BT in design.

Thanks in advance, :beerchug:

EDIT:  After n00b2 said he saw the special too, I went back for a 3rd look, and this time I found it. Going to check the return policy, and them I am ordering them.   Dag n00b2, this ain't fair to you.. All these juicy deals out here, and none available down under.. Not fair.

EDIT2: I didn't see a clear definition of their return policy. They state to read their "terms and conditions", however "terms and conditions" are NOWHERE to be found on their site.  I sent them a note to get that before I order. For example, Harman Kardon has a 30 day return policy. They pay return shipping for exchanges, for refunds, customer pays return shipping. Harman Kardon gives you 30 days to return for refund or exchange.

Yeah they just recently launched this month, so I don't think they've got much set up and stuff

I ordered via PayPal on the 5th and got an email confirmation on the 7th, but haven't gotten any shipping info or anything

It appears to be a good deal the $179.95 with free shipping. Also, I am almost sure they are winners in that price class.. For me, I just like to know the "return policy" no matter what it is.. On their site, they state their return policy is explained in their "terms and conditions"..However, they NEVER posted their "terms and conditions"...All I see is, if you have make a return, you would have to write them with an explanation of what is wrong, and they will get back to you within 5 days on whatever their decision is.. That is vague to the 10th degree. I wrote them a note asking for an explanation of their return policy. After I get that most likely I will order too.

Also, will be looking forward for your unboxing and assessment of how these compare to others in their price class. Such as the Sony MDR 10RBT, and the Harman Kardon BT.

I wouldn't hold your breath for a response from them. I sent them an email on monday asking about if Stance and Momentum headphones use the same drivers and they haven't responded. Like LiteKirby said, they are new and haven't really set up properly yet. Also if you want to make the order at that deal price, you have to do it very soon. Deal expires on 15/4. back to $249 including postage after that (for America). As for returns, it appears that they dont accept change of mind returns just looking at their website. On the form, it has a space where you need to describe in detail why the product is faulty. It also says return for troubleshooting or repair. Nothing about change of mind returns. I could be wrong but that is what it seems like. Looks pretty good otherwise. Similar to the HK BT except with what appears to be deeper ear cups.

Good observations. I am not super picky, but I don't feel all that comfortable throwing $180 out there on a hope to go. A buyer should know the conditions before plucking down the cash. They really sound like they have a winner with what they offer at that price.
From a price wise standpoint I would say they are in the class of the Harman Kardon BTs and the Sony MDR 10RBT. Would have really like to have tried them out because they have done their homework well. Well we can set back and see what the other users say about them. I might swing for a try at the Sennheisers 550 x at $319 as they have an acceptable return policy. In the meantime we still in the hunt.

If you do get the Sennheisers let me know how you feel about them when compared to the HK BT and Snoy headphones. Some reviews should flow in soon for the Pendulumic once people actually get their headphones.

Have been in contact with them and sent them the add'l following q's:

Hi Pendulumic team,

Here are some additional q’s we have on head-fi:

1.       1. Do the M1 and S1 use the same drivers? Also is this the same driver as Sennheiser’s Momentum?

2.       2. Re: the 2 EQ levels on the M1, is there a third non-EQ’d mode so you can opt NOT to use the EQ or is the EQ on all the time?

3.       3. In terms of headphones that you have owned/tested, which would you say the S1 and M1 most closely resemble in sound profile?

4.       4. What is your exact return policy?

a.       Is there a restocking fee for non-defective items?

b.      Where would one need to ship headphones for repairs and who pays for shipping?

Also I noticed there was a brief review posted on their site (albeit it's a screenshot and no direct links); I can't find the actual review on ZDNet though (anybody with stronger google-fu care to try?):

Good questions, and if answered in a timely fashion I am almost sure their orders will almost double.

The first 3 questions are similar to what I asked them. No response from them yet. Hopefully they are just trying to set everything up and don't intend on having bad customer service for long.

Well I asked a reviewer on Amazon how he felt the Pendulumic sounded when compared to other bluetooth headphones and this is what he said. First review comparison I've seen for the Stance headphones.
