The stock 4558 opamps were replaced with AD8620 opamps.
Coax SPDIF I/O jacks have also been added to the game port bracket.
A Hacked Audigy2ZS driver CD will be included along with the standard collection of Creative bloatware.

They have more features.
Examples are:
A bass boost
A graphic EQ
A better fader
A THX console
And some other semi usefull crap.

hi misterx... this is interesting.

how sonically different are the ad8620s compared to the stock ones?

Im currently using an audigy2 right now.. i won't say im totalyl pleased with its output, but i get by. i like it coz it makes my dvd rom become a dvd-a drive.would u be willing to do like a trade in? i'll trade in my current audigy2, and u can give me urs, and i'll top up $$...
