Intro and idea for replacement suggestions

Just wanted to say 'Hello' and that I've really enjoyed browsing this site for a while.

LOTS of good info and helpful people on here.

Now on to the recommendation...

I have a few IEMs but the one I enjoyed most (for casual, fun listening anyway) was my Monster Turbines.

Of course they broke eventually and I plan on getting them replaced, but wondered what other IEMs had a similar sound/feel to them.

To me, the bass seemed punchy and tight most of the time with good speed response.  Had ability to be deep, but not muddy.  There was just a nice texture to the sound that I enjoyed.

Basically, Joker's review described the Turbine really well, as did ClieOS's "Warm+Sweet" catagorization and description (although his was on the Coppers).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  If you need more info, let me know.

Thanks again guys!

True...and I probably will give those or the coppers a go.

I guess I was just wondering if there were other IEMs from other manufacturers that might have that warm+sweet but with impactful bass kind of sound.  Just curious about other IEMs in that general wheelhouse, but maybe with their own nuances maybe around $100-150 or less.

At least give the GOLD a go before u switch...it will round off a very satisfying chapter in your iemwalk :P

( i enjoyed that honey-ed impactful sound for a year... very good memories. )

Ok.  You talked me into it ( that was easy, lol).

I'll probably order a different flavor IEM down the road, but I have a few other IEMs if I want a change from the Golds.

I think I like that particular sound right now just because of listening to analytical type cans or IEMs for a lot of years.

Plus, the Golds will probably be gym phones and that kind of sound seems to lend itself to an energetic feeling.

Thanks for the help!
