i'm talking about normal iem- universal iem ?

I dont have experience with iem so i dont know my size but for reference I had a pair of nuforce 700x (in my avatar) ; how many sizes are there of the included tips ? I dont remember ; probly i used the 2nd and 1st smallest tips but both are uncomfortable , not sure because of tips or housing or even bcause i didnt wear it properly . Sometimes it hurt too if i used for a long period of time and even after done using it , in fact my ears now feel much better since the day it broke . I own a pair of sony hm77 before , there was discomfort , i just dont remember how . Like i said bcause of inexperience with iems, I just took all the pain for granted like a moron ,lol, and continue enjoy music, thiking it's smt ppl have to live with when using iem =))
