Melbourne Meet: Sunday 6/4/14 - Page 2

Good point. I'm going to have a smaller footprint this time. Unless anyone wants me to bring the SEX, I'll only have the Mainline and X-Sabre.

For sure. I'm boycotting if you don't!!

We can try and fit more people in, as you guys have said, some portable gear doesn't take up too much room, etc, and plus some might be coming in at different stages as well.

PS - The La Figaro looks pretty cool!

@lin0003 would you mind collating a list in the first post of who's committed to come (knowing that it will change with final dates, etc.)?

Also, we should start considering dates. Which dates work best for you all, especially @billymav as our host?

  • Saturday 22nd March
  • Saturday 29th March
  • Saturday 5th April

And are late morning or early afternoon start times better?

The 22nd is best for me I think.

I'll do it later, sure.

Cool, thanks. Maybe everyone can specify 2 preferred dates (if they can make 2 of the proposed days) so we can find the most widely doable date

Aww, shucks! May have to skip another meet dude to school assessment week, but hey...there's always a next time!

You can't make any of the 3?

Actually, I would prefer if it was later, because I may have a Benchmark DAC1 that I imagine people might want to try.

2-4 more spots left if skybleu isn't coming. I think 12 should be tops because d marc0 and svyr are brining IEMs.

Sadly, they all cloud around my school assessment tasks, and this year is rather crucial for me:)

But that aside, you guys don't have to readjust to a more suitable day for me, as that would be too bothersome, and I don't have all that much to contribute anyways.

What do you mean by later? What date(s)?

I don't really mind, but I'd prefer 29th or after and just after lunch to around 5 should be good. Say 1-5?

Oh, and Loquah, is Gill not coming?

5pm might be a bit late seeing as Billy is doing us a favour by hosting. How about 1-4pm?

Did you mean 29th? If so, can you do all 3 dates I suggested? I know some members have tighter weekend commitments than you or I might.

Haven't heard from Gill, but he's on the group message I sent.
