I have a pair of wireless headphones that I want to hook up to my TV, but my TV only outputs sound to a coaxial SPDIF connector.  The headphones that I am currently using have RCA and 3.5mm inputs only, so I am currently using a Startech Coax/Optical SPDIF to stereo converter.  It creates a lot of background noise and I was hoping for something a little bit better.  Does anybody know of a reasonably priced digital coax SPDIF to stereo converter that is mostly or totally transparent?  The headphones themselves were about $100 IIRC, so I was hoping to keep the cost under the price of the current headphones I have.
