Not for me either.

I have seen in one review that these items have very bad isolation. Is that truth?

same here, not for me.

I would say that isolation is at least average for a IEM (I'm using Sony hybrid tips).

Just to clarify, it is not comfortable for those who replied?

They're not comfortable to sleep with.

Id recommend people learn to caress, and shower their Astrotecs with some love.

Then it may be easier to sleep with

So anyone in this thread have a comparison with the havi b3 or pistons or the kc06?

Tempted to buy them all but would prefer not to :P

What are the microphonics like?

For reference, I have a PFE 012 and consider the cable noise to be very distracting, so a direct comparision would be good, if  possible.

Thanks!

For pop and rock music, I much preferred Piston 2.0 to AX30, especially after removing the foam.  Piston is more musical with a lot more bass.  AX30 is more detailed and analytical sounding.

These are really tempting. How do these compare to some recent IEMs like the ATH IM-02/50/70 or the Fostex TE-05?

Also, can anyone comment on the cable/strain relief? They don't look particularly substantial from what I can see.

After a few weeks of indolence, I finally finished the AX35 review: http://www.head-fi.org/products/astrotec-ax35/reviews/10860

I apologize in advance for my lack of literary imagination for this go around --- the prose will seem pretty dry and drab; I've been somewhat creatively challenged as of late (or perhaps I always have been, not sure).

Hi, I am really looking into buying these and I have some questions, - how are they with electronic music and vocals (Vocal Trance) ? , and if anyone can compare these to vsonic VSD1 what would be the similarities or differences ? Thanks
