Whatever you say, my wallet is now def anyways

What I'll say between the RE600 and the FX850 is that the transition was like going from excellent bookshelf speakers to excellent floor standing column speakers and the RE600 are now gone. I said it.

Yes, there is a fullness to the sound that is like floor standing speakers versus bookshelf. Great Metaphor!

True. It does sound full and liquid, but the flat 4 sound full and coherent and open and as full or thick but technically a half step forward in capabilities...but still I don't have enough hours of burn in so can't give a great impression yet...the flat 4 is fresh out of the box and I hope the treble improves😋

Yeah, the flat 4 have been described as "brutally revealing" before. What's the problem with the treble right now?

Especially with the X5 :). Flat 4 gets the most use out of all my IEMs.

Never did like the Sui, or the Kaede for that matter. Much prefer the FX850s, but again YMMV

The midrange details are outta this world with only 4hrs of burn in😋...dayummm they both are awesome 😁😋😍😎

I'm loving them, don't know why others don't 😞

Probably the treble. Someone mentioned artificial detail, then SUIs take them to a whole nother level. Not to mention a certain sibilance to it that just fatigues me way too fast.

I love hyper detailed treble information 😍💕...i want more treble 😁...so the kades are it😅
post #944 of 2211

Well the Kaede will give you that. It was too much for me personally. But the Kaedes have better mid-range, tighter bass and a better timbre. It reminded me too much of the EX1000 with the treble :(. Not as bad but where I couldn't listen to them very long.

Seems pretty good 😅..so you still love the flat suis😊
