Harman Kardon noise cancelling headphones for $170, worth it?

hey guys, quick question. I'm wondering if any one could suggest a better headphone for $170 compared to the Harman Kardon no es canceling over ear headphones. They are currently on sale for $170, which is $130 less than anywhere else I've seen lately. I'm wondering if you think this is a good deal, or is there are better headphones available in this price range. I don't necessarily need active noise cancelling headphones, but having the feature is a bonus.

The Q701/ K701 has a pretty large soundstage, but I'm not sure if that's in your price range. You can definitely get a used pair for that price.

I'm actually looking in the $300-400 price range. I unfortunately I can't find a place that has the aka to try...

Narrowed it down to the p7, hp50 and the Harmon ncs. Just waiting to the p7's to arrive so I can go try out the hp50
