Fake Audio Technica M50s? Please help me discern.

Hi, I'm from the Philippines and I need help in discerning whether these are authentic m50s based solely on the pictures from a Facebook page. The deal seems too good to be true and so I'm really really skeptical on whether I should pull the trigger and go ahead and buy this set.

While m50s are priced at Amazon at about $139, the seller's price is only about $42. This is the primary reason I am skeptical. The reviews for the seller are pretty good though. THey are also selling at a local ebay (sulit.com.ph) and have a standing 100% approval score from 308 people. Another reason I'm skeptical is the headphones cannot be returned once I've confirmed buying it. This won't be much of a problem except that when I asked if I can decline if I don't like the product upon seeing it, they said that the product would only be available for sure buyers. This means I won't be able to return it once we agreed to meet.

Some other information they have provided:

> These are OEMs so maybe that would contribute to the low price

I know the following Facebook pictures would probably suck but hope you can help me.

Sorry about the poor quality and the watermarks. I only have pics from their Facebook page. They look good to me though.

Right? They're cheap as hell though. Might bite the bullet and get it anyway. Thanks for the input!

I personally shy away from any transaction that does not accept returns, but if they are not as the description claims you can force the return via PayPal etc.  If it were me I would avoid the transaction if you cannot return them as they could be defective.
