need a recommendation for headphone amp upgrade

In my basement exercise room when I'm on the treadmill I use a pair of Audio Technica ATH700 32 ohm headphones  with a Marantz CD player's headphone output.

It's actually a decent little headphone output on the Marantz player,...but I'd like to get something a bit better without breaking the bank . Around $100 is my budget.

There is the treadmill motor and sometimes basement appliance noise in the background, so don't need a primo unit.

I use a Little Dot MkII+ headphone amp with upgraded NOS tubes and Bifrost  in the music listening room for more serious listening.

Any suggestions welcomed.

thanks

Haven't been on Head-Fi the last few months due to work and just noticed the note that a new forum category has been added for these type of posts..... so posted this there.

Forgot to mention , don't need USB. Analog or digital input; i.e. co-axial or toslink
