Need help choosing new IEM headphones

My skullcandy ink'd 2.0's just broke today and I was wondering what would be better for around the same price. I'm mostly concerned about the sound quality but also the build quality. I'd like to stay around or under $30.

Monoprice earphones are REALLY cheap and a HF modification favorite (~$9)

Here's a review: http://lifehacker.com/5927570/the-monoprice-8320s-are-the-best-earbuds-youll-find-under-10

Otherwise try finding a used Shure SE110, SE115, SCL2, e2, online or something, if you don't mind used IEM's

Try the Vsonic GR02 Bass Edition or Vsonic GR99, pretty solid in this price range.
