Not as of now, since they're on their way to H20 for inspection. smily_headphones1.gif

The kc06 is slightly more intimate in the midrange and also more neutral vs. The fx850 😁😋...both are same level and different signature that owning both is necessary 😍😜

Yeah, right:rolleyes:

For once, the man hypes not. I'm pretty skeptical myself, but the Ostry is the real deal.

I'll be sending it out on tour in a few days, courtesy of James. There should be more impressions flowing in soon.

Look people by the time you've dropped cash on BOTH of those with shipping and taxes wherever you are, you have spent enough to move into a much better product. The idea of having to buy 2 IEM's to get functionality is absurdist logic at it's very best.

Save your money and buy a better product.

Yes, because you've heard both phones, and the "much better" product that costs only $70 more than the FX850. I haven't heard the 850 yet, but ears I trust have told me it doesn't get "much better" than the FX850.

What?

FX850 can be bought for ~$300-350. Ostry can be bought for $60. They are both highly regarded products in their price range, plus the added bonus of sound signature versatility (I often get bored with one IEM in my collection)

Much better product for around $400? Where? Let us know if you can

I also heard it doesn't get much better than the MH1, and we all know what a croc that was. I'm not saying it's not a good IEM, what I do have issue with is recommending buying multiple IEMs as a "must have". Some poor newb is going to read that and be totally bizmented about what the hell to do. Probably wind up with some skullcandy junk recommended by a cashier at Target as a result. You guys will have that on your conscience

The MH1 is actually good though.

It is hard to tell when a new model is actually that good...or if it just a FOTM that will forgotten and ignored a month or two after it was released by those who screamed, "incredible headphone".

Well, I definitely think I'll be buying a pair. :D

The hype is real - REAL

The soundstage on these is huge and imaging strong and precious. I thought surely they won't do my vocal tracks justice and was > O_O <

Excellent find guys, picking up a pair straight away, build is really good too! $60? No way... I've heard $300 IEM that don't sound this good!

Cheers for the find!
