That may be the case, but let's not forget the budget IEM, the E10, was also an IEM known to be up there in the $150 range in terms of performance.

kinda funny, since it means high end phone can't be compared to anything but high end also. well sorry to tell you that I found those high end phone sometimes lacking in certain area even compared to some lower priced model. wink.gif

Me too😂...some are lacking...but I think the perfect high end is the jvc fx850 to me😋😍...i love them and mine ones are at new York right now and will be here by next week 😁

You have to remember that we all have different criteria for evaluating things. You see that SGS prefers the Tenore because it's more linear in FR. It all depends on preferences.

 

Personally, I listen based on refinement, control, detail, and soundstage. The Ostry delivers in spades.

The fact that I own the K3K, ER-4S, F111 and Music Two, yet believe the KC06 has a place in my line up should speak volumes about how good the KC06 is.

I asked this in another thread, but have you heard the Tenore as well? I want to get an idea of how its performance stacks up against the KC06 from multiple users.

 

I think DannyBai will have both soon, but I'm impatient. :)

i hear that... the greatitudes are the best discounted/budget phones i have heard so far real jack of all trades. sounds like the Ostry's will have less bass, but im not sure.

Nope, haven't heard the Tenore. I'm comparing the Ostry versus the phones I've heard before.
