Yes, but someone did give some comments for him to read. Not saying that we don't need more opinion.

+1

I have havi b3 proi and proii and kc06gold and yes the havi sounds constricted side by side with the kc06 and that's with the stock tips but changing it to the wide bore tips makes it sound open and great😊😎

Not hype because the technical capabilities are their in a different way of presenting sound versus the fx850

I have 6hrs burn in so far and the bass does seem slightly tighter the morning time and sound staging is improving 😎

So B3 Pro MK1 with wide bore tips (e.g. Sennheiser tips) isn't dark sounding  and congested?

Yes true😊...if you use stock tips then it will sound congested but using wide bore tips will make it sound open and not congested 😎

This is what I hear too.

The Havi actually has slightly more bass over the Ostry, and I consider the Havi somewhat bass light too.

Bass natural...and yes more bass then the ostry is what the havi have😁

So using the right tips, is Havi B3 Pro MK1 back to being the king of 60$ IEMs?

To me, yes. I sold my Ostry long ago, but I did like it very much. That's why I'm interested in what the KC06A will have to offer.

I paid $44 for the Havi back in the day, so it was an even bigger value then.

how does the isolation compare to the VSD1/VSD1S? I hated the stock silicon tips

Ok, no Ostry for me then (at least for now).

Not really when ostry sounds better out of the box and with no burn in😂

I can attest to this fact as well. changing from stock tips to foam tips made the sound more more spacious and open, at the expense of some bass
