^ Lunashops will take sometime, probably about 3-4 weeks.  Consider it normal.

Its the quality, not the quantity I'm interested in. I listen to indie/alternative which has some deep extending bass lines.
The amount of bass of the vsd1s is perfect, just not the balance.

The bass is well textured (and fast) but not deep and extending enough. At this price range probably only Yamah EPH100 fit (if people who hyped it are right).

If you don't mind EQing, then tbh both of them are very good performers. I EQ a lot when I'm listening to EDM or Touhou Albums and the Havi do very well with the EQ, not getting muddy, speed and punch are still there. As plenty here have already confirmed that the Kc06 scale very well with amping, I assume this also goes for EQ as well.

Glad to hear you're enjoying the Ostriches.

How do you find it to compare to the re0?

Comparing the Ostry to the Vsonic Gr07 MKII atm... Finding the Ostry sounding slightly better than the gr07. The mids are slightly more defined and better soundstage! wink.gif

Vsd1lm has more sub bass and I think penon or bigbarginonline sells it 😊

When I see this picture, all I can think is that you all need to splice the cabling of the Ostry and wrap it in ERS paper to eliminate all the weaknesses. Also, I hope your DAPs have got anti vibration feet on the bottom of them, gotta lower that noise floor yo

Wow somebody remembers.Good ol' times.
