Comparison between Hisoundaudio WOODUO 2 vs Ostry KC06 ? Which is better ?

Vs

 $ 99,00                                                    $ 65,00

- The bass of Wooduo HW2 is deep and detailed, it never interferes with the other frequencies, and there's no sign of muddy sound. The mids are very clear and layered. The highs are extended and detailed.
- The Wooduo HW2 has an extremely wide soundstage with incredible sound density. These characteristics deliver the reality of complex musical texture.
- Impactful bass and dynamic and engaging transient sound makes it an unbeatable earphone.

From your description Wooduo sounds like a perfect phone I don't think KC06 can beat it. frown.gif

Yep, they are terrible. I'm a basshead and I hated the wooduo. KC06 is light years ahead of it.

Can't disagree with either of you there, rather unimpressed I was, I had to review them, we didn't get along at all. It was like this thick bloated bass with a super dark / muffled mid-range. Price to performance ratio minus 50.

But laon describes they're not : - For basshead , For basshead, seriously.

Well, there are different level of basshead and by that I mean people buying this phone looking for bass heavy IEM. Basshead can apply as long as they have open mind to it. tongue.gif

I also said that they're not bass anemic nor thin sounding by the way.

I'm a clarity basshead. While the KC06 won't win any massive bass awards, they have reference clarity.

I have a Dunu DN-2000 on the way :)

Gigantic difference in price though. I'll be deciding if the KC06 or 06A meets or exceeds dn2000 performance. So far the 2k is getting rave reviews in China. AKG 3003 level
