Cal with fiio E6 seems too bulky for everyday use. M40x/M30x look really good. Will look at 429s and 428s.

The fiio E6 is really small, when you use the clip provided in your shirt or jean it simply disappear (At least for me). Maybe I'm a little confused, want you use a headphone amplifier with your headphones? (Excuse me if I sound harsh but English is not my native language)

+ Neutral sound so it is a good allrounder

+ Responds well to eq so you can tune it to your liking

+ Doesn't need amping but will benefit from it

+ Very comfortable. Clamping force out of the box is high but headband can be loosened by stretching it

+ Very good isolation. One of the best I've heard.

+ Durable

+ Detachable cables

+ Comes with extra set of earpads and nice carrying case

- Doesn't fold for portability. Cups come of easily without tools so I guess you can take those of to save some space.

- These are quite big but if you would be ok with ath-m50, I suppose these would be fine too

Don't underestimate these because of the low price. These are same headphones as Fischer Audio Fa-003 and Brainwavz HM5. Those are about 150$ and people seem to think those are worth it.
