Why are you selling these?  How is the sound?  How is the bass?

Hi

Basically I'm just gonna upgrade to a custom and get a k10 or 8c from noble so selling these goes to that kitty, I've already sold my grado and tf 10s this week..

These are a very natural and transparent sounding iem. Certainly not a basshead iem and won't rumble through your head, the bass is more subtle and if it's in your music you will know it's there. The mids and highs are very smooth without being harsh or and not a hint of sibulance with this iem. To me the sounstage is very wide, certainly compared to the ue tf10 which I just sold which makes for a better listening experience. They are detailed and the instrument separation is great with excellent extension in the highs for what is a neutral iem. Hope that helps, nice to see another Irish fella on here too..

I'm actually from the States but living over here 7 years now.  I don't find too many Irish know what and audiophile, let alone spend more than about €40 on headphones.  My wife would be fine with something from Dunnes.

I've had the Westone 3 and 4R as well as the Heir Audio 3a.i and 4a.i.  I'm not a "bass head" but I do like the rumble when it should be there.  I'm waiting to hear something back about a set of Aurisonic ASG-2s but if that doesn't go as planned, I may turn to you as Revenue is being a pain.

No problem, the bass will certainly be there when needs be, sounds silly but basically they will take what's in your audio be it bass, high vocals or guitars and reproduce it to great effect.. I had a heir 5.0 as well, this beats that hands down.. 5.0 was bassy and muffled with sibulance so I didn't keep it long but everything is controlled on the n4..

It would be next day delivery for you too with you being in Ireland, and no customs fees which is what I hate about buying these iems :-P

Are all the original eartips included minus the ones you used? I need the Xtra large ones mainly.

Thanks

Hi, there were 4 sets of tips with the items when bought..small,medium and large..no extra large ones.. i used the large of the red silicon tips and foamies so this leaves the blue tips and also the flanged tips with large ones unused.. since then i have changed to using t500 foamies and large ortofon tips..

Hope this helps

Steve

Thanks Steve

I currently have Heir Audio 5s and use the red large silicone tips, they are the only ones that fit my ears out of all the ones supplied. I am assuming tips are interchangeable between the Nobles and Heir Audios?

I was wanting to try the Noble 4s

I must have a look at some Ortofon tips too...

Cheers

My other sale on here was actually a heir 5.0.. I sold them for the exact reason you just said lol.. terrible sibulance to me,muddled, muffled kind of sound..

Yes i am almost certain the tips are compatible with old heir iems..the new nobles have a lip on the stem where the tips go,the old heir didnt so i think some people found that tips can slide off on heirs..more secure fit for the tips on the nobles.. I have a spare ortofon tip in large as i just bought 3 pairs this week.. also they can be found on ebay uk as well..
