Looking for a headphone for 400 euro's max.

What I'm looking for is: Comfort, hard hitting, deep, very well controlled and textured bass, a nice, realistic lush midrange were vocals sound very airy and forward, with great clarity. And I want relaxing, but realistic treble.

Open or closed; it doesn't matter.

Also, tell me what amp/DAC combo is the best suited for them.

ATH-ES10 would be my first guess, the bass is incredible, exactly what you describe!

Also maybe HD600s?

Someone said they sound almost like the M50's!!!! That's a BIG turnoff.

I've heard those have recessed vocals, which is an ABSOLUTE turnoff.

The vocals come though well (to me) but if you can try them out somewhere that would be best. The bass and treble maybe just what you are looking for. They should work well with most DAC/Amp sets take a look at their thread.

Maybe try a Beyer T90? (maybe with slightly EQing)

Do the vocals sound forward? Do they have a lot of air?
