Maverick D1 Plus USB Configuration

Thread Starter

I know that Mav Audio doesn't specify a driver for their Dacs. I am in the process of building a new laptop setup to run either Foobar or XMBC and was planning to plug the Maverick into the laptop via USB.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how best to configure? Best O/S to use. I was planning on Windows XP/7 or maybe even a Linux install.I have been doing some reading online about the best way to set up the DAC and if Bit Perfect data into the DAC is possible.

Thanks

Derek.-

I read and went through that before posting. The driver didn't seem to work and maybe that is because it looks like it was written for the D1 and I have the D1 plus. Will reach out to Maverick themselves and see if they have any input.
