'One ear sound' Problem Shure SE215

Hello!

I bought my shure se215 about a week ago, i think they sound pretty decent. Even though these are my first in ears. I have to place them really weird to get a equal sounds on both sides. When i plug them in on the normal way i always can't hear the sound in my right ear. I think it has something to do with pressure. But i'm convinced I putted them in on the correct way. I also tried all the foam and silicon sizes and i can't find a good one. When i smile i get the clearest sounds I've ever heard with like every size. I've tried methods to make my ears 'pop' and stuff but no results.

Can anyone help me? Does this has something to do because they are my first in ears?

I'm pretty dissapointed. I can't listen while walking or biking because of this.

Regards, Ganthas

I don't think that has anything to do with the fit unless you were using them at really low volumes; I can hear mine loud enough, but of course it doesn't sound right, even before I get them into my ear canals. It's very likely the cable for the other side is broken inside, so when you move it, the conductors touch properly and play the music. If you just got them a week ago there should be shop warranty, or at the very least, distributor's warranty.

Maybe it's driver's problem, send it back to shure if it's still in warranty.
