Need help deciding on if the Maverick Tubemagic D1 is right for me.

Hey guys, I constantly lurk here and finally made an account. I normally stick over to /r/headphones and just help out in the purchase advice threads on there. Problem is, no one seems to be able to answer my question over there. So I decided to come over here and see if you guys could shed some light on my problem.

I currently have an Aune T1. It is a pretty great budget amp, and I have loved it for the month I have owned it. Problem is, I ordered some AH-D7100s (well there is your problem har dee har har) but I was thinking that while the Aune would work great with it since people say that over amping these bad. I also want to buy some nice speakers though, and to my understanding, I can't use the tube on the Aune unless I am using USB. So if I wanted to use it as the DAC for my speakers and the amp/dac for my headphones, I could have to rewire everything anytime I switched, and while that sounds fun, I'm not going to do it.

I was looking at the Maverick Tubemagic D1 though, and my concern is that, like the Aune, will it only work through a few select outputs, or if I have my headphones hooked up to it, than switch to my speakers, will I still be using the tube from it?

Here is my planned set-up for speakers:

AMP - AudioSource AMP-100 ($70)

DAC - Maverick Audio Tubemagic D1 ($245)

Speakers - Pioneer BS22 ($100)

Sub - Dayton 1200 ($130)

Total: $545 + Cables

Are there any glaring problems with it other than my concern above?

Is it worth the extra $40 to upgrade the OPAMPs and the Tube? I won't plan on doing this myself, so that is how much it would cost to have it shipped to me done.

Lastly, will that headphone amp/dac work well the AH-D7100? I know it is sort of specific, but I was just wondering if anyone has heard them paired together, or could make a good guess.

Thanks for your help guys, and of course other recommendations for what I should do are more than welcome :)
