I would like help finding a good pair for around 300$

I'm in the market for a new pair of headphones after my Klipsch Image Ones broke on me. I need them to have a low impedance so I can run them off my phone. I need them to be over ear with some comfy cups. I also would like to have some nice clean bass but not overpowering. As stated in the title I would like to stay around 300$ but have a little wiggle room. I'm starting to lean towards the sennheiser momentums but i'm not completely set on them yet. If anyone has an idea what would be the fit for me I would be extremely grateful.

Haven't heard them for myself yet, but these cans have been getting great reviews:

I have and like the Sony MDR 7520.

The NADs seem to be getting pretty stellar reviews, and from what i've seen have some nice bass. Ill look more into these, Thanks.
