Thread Starter

Hello evb,

I am new to audiophile , I just got an Audio Technica ATH-ANC7B. but I owned Grado SR 80i for some time now , I m now planning to buy an entry level headphone amp . so I heard that normal headphone like grado Sr80i will have some improvement with an amp but I want to know can an amplifier make my ANC7B sound better ?

for the ANC7B there is an amp inside the headphone so whatever you put before it, the end sound will still be what the internal amp gives you.

so no don't expect really conclusive improvements like what you might have on other headphones.
