They were only willing to take money from impatient fools who wanted to place a preorder. Now I'm waiting for them to "process" my order cancellation & refund my money. Most reputable companies don't charge you for an item until it is shipped. But they charged me back on March 1 for something that they not only didn't have but they also weren't even among the list of early shipments. What a rip-off. I don't consider this to be the behavior of a trustworthy store. FWIT.

Sorry for your situation.
BandH told me they would charge my CC until the product is on its way to be shipped.

SQ sounds awesome right out of the box.
Clean, detail and sweet midrange. Wait bass is not bad at all.

I have one coming but "not bad at all" bass upsets me a bit as I am a bit of a basshead. Have you tried bass boost or eq at all?

irvin59, I do not know what musics do you like but I switched to EQvocal there are plenty of bass for basshead people IMO.

The X5 is heavy DAP. Thing is when it is charged it gets more than warm. You can feel on the outside of the silicon cover.
Irvin59 please let me know if yours has a same heat-created battery (?).

I'll do that. I am planning to use it without the cover as from the pics I've seen it makes it look quite bulky, but I'll give it a try. Hope you enjoy it. Irvin

Mine heats up to about 45-50 degrees when charging. As hot as my previous phone galaxy W when I was playing intense games for a long time
