So I'm pretty new to the audio world and was planning to buy a portable rig. I'm looking for powerful bass but should keep and highs warm. Which amp and headphones do you guys recommend. Is the fiio e10 good? Beyner or sennhs and other good brands. Should be pocket size or big enough to fit in my booking

There are a few ways you can do "portable" the Fiio E10 is a Dac/Amp which works nice with pre existing Computer Source

What you may want to look into is getting a DAP or Digital Audio Player, like an iPod but something that costs less and sounds better

May I recommend the Sansa Fuze along with the Logitech UE 6000, the Logitech has a built in amp so it will work nicely with the Fuze, which has a nice sound quality already. All of this should cost about $250 or so shipped for brand new gear

The Fiio E10 is powered ONLY by the USB connection - there is no battery in a Fiio E10. So, it will work fine if connected to a PC with a USB port, but not with a phone or ipod.
