USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android

I compared Tidal streaming via UAPP   with Tidal app android native .  Sq via UAPP is way  better. However Tidal to UAPP via bubble UPNP has intermittent problems, that is UAPP  sometimes starts looping part of the track.  Also Bubble no longer supports required feature. So , can we please have Tidal streaming implemented on UAPP.   I am willing to pay extra for such an upgrade..

I would also happily pay for a separate add-on with this kind of functionality. I think the team here have done a great job of adding value to the app since the outset, very large additions like this could be done via paid add-ons from my point of view (no doubt that would draw resentment from some quarters of course).

When I play DSD SACD files over network (router is Netgear Nighthawk so it's not a crappy router and everything is gigabit from the source and out on the 5Ghz wireless and to device) I get a lot of glitching and no options in settings help. My device this happens on the worst is a Nexus 6. my Samsung Galay Note 10.1 2014 plays it with the least glitching but I always have to go into task manager and clear RAM to get it to play a minute without until i have to do it again. Is what's happening a normal thing? It's only using 20% of the CPU max and not much RAM. DAC is a Cypher Labs Theorom 720 and it's passing DSD to is (as far as I can tell) and the specs claim DSD capability though I've never gotten it to work with DSD on the PC

Been using UAPPro for a few week now and I'm very impressed with it.

One question though - I now have 3 volume controls. The one on the oppo HA-2, UAPPro hardware volume and the Galaxy S3 Volume control.

How are people setting all three of these up for general use.

Cheers.

Max volume on the phone, hardware volume control off, use only the HA-2 rotary dial.

On UAPP, you can disable all the volume control and only leave H/W volume settings accessible via setting menu.

Be nice to have the ability to save eq configs for various headphones and IEM's.

I'm thinking there might be and I don't know how to do it. Hopefully!!

If not consider that a "other" recommendation for this marvellous app.

My Recently Added playlist seems to have disappeared on UAPP since my reinstall. Anyone having the same problem?

This is an excellent app when it comes to functionality, but the GUI is by far the ugliest on my phone. You have to do something about this.

Not really any issue with GUI for me, would rather development time put into functionality.

Been using the app for the past month, quite awesome! I have one ruequest/question, it seems like the hardware volume control (through phone buttons) only works when the app is in focus (i.e. the app window is open). Is there anyway to intercept the volume button presses when the app is not in focus/phone is locked?

Now that I have upgraded to LP 5.1 on my Note 4 and have finally resolved my Oppo HA-2 glitch issues, I decided to pull the trigger on this and see if any improvements vs Poweramp. Definitely appears so!

Question - How does this app get its music library? I notice quite a lot of music not showing up under Artists that are there in Poweramp. Can only find them through 'folders'. Is there a way to rescan/add etc?
