^ you are saying I should not blame them for this ?
In business these small things matter if you start ignoring it and have a "that's fine" attitude you will never be happy

I live in Australia so I import all of my headfi gear and sympathize with you're dilemma
Many times my heart has sunk as the joy of unboxing the new toy turned to frustration
Probability wise the chance of you're new toy being defective is conservatively around 10% regardless of brand
So you really need to be prepared to utilize the warranty system , I see you made some attempt at this but then decided to try a diy fix
Please forgive me but I think this is where you went wrong , what I saw in that video was a completely inept attempt at repair
HiFiMan have made what I consider a generous offer under the circumstances , they would take a substantial loss on the deal

You might be right , I asked a lot about this issue here on the forum many said it might be a hair doing that ....
So I figured let's take a chance frown.gif

Sorry, you're completely whiny.

Your impatience bit you here. You should have emailed them and found their HifiMan rep on Head-Fi, too.

Before bashing the company prematurely do your homework!

Sir !
I think you haven't read the whole thread yet nor have done any homework on the topic of driver issues I was talking about
I have requested to lock this thread , you ban the NWAvGuy + a lot of other people who are trying to help other people so that they make the right purchase , with all of this said I don't think this is an open forum anymore
I am not going to reply to anyone now

It's always unfortunate, but there are better ways to go about handling these things.

The way he went about it was probably not the best way.

But nowhere did he act in such an impudent manner befitting of your criticism.

If anything, I see more than a little mob mentality going on.

Regardless, this topic should be closed.
