Good Noise Insulating Circumaural Headphones for around £60

Thread Starter

I did make a previous similar thread about this but that was looking at two specific headphones, just thought I'd open up the options.

The TV is right below my room and I get rather annoyed by it so I would like something that helps reduce that noise. I will be using them for home use only and on my computer. I may occasionally use them on my phone but it's unlikely.

I listen to alternative rock music mainly - Seether, Fall Out Boy, Rise Against, My Chemical Romance...

Not interested in really bass-y music so that's not much of a problem.

I play video games often too but not looking for a headset or anything labelled for gaming.

Often wear them for long periods at a time so comfort is also a necessity. Circumaural/Full Size.

I currently have the Sennheiser 201s which I am very happy with.

I was looking at some other Sennheisers. I thought about the 215s and 449s but would like any other options. Also found the 280s, however, they are not available on UK Amazon and are much more expensive elsewhere ($80 on US, about £100 here)

And as you have probably guessed, I'm in the UK.

Thank you in advance. I've searched around a lot but can't seem to find any threads.

Creative Aurvana Live would be a great option for you. Very good sound quality for an excellent price & very comfortable too.
