Need help picking headphones! £300 budget!

Hi, I'm quite unexperienced when it comes to headphones and I would greatly appreciate some help from people that know a fair deal about them.

Budget: Up to £300.

Closed or open back: Closed back

Portable or non portable: Portable.

Sound preference: High quality bass would be appreciated as I listen to a lot of hip hop. I also listen to R&B though so good mids and highs are also needed.

Durability: Preferably quite durable but not a decisive factor.

Isolation: Yes, noise isolation is a very important factor for me. I'd like to be able to block out all outside sounds when I'm listening to my music.

Size: Full sized headphones would be fine.

Ear preference: Over ear.

What will you be using as the source? Primarily a Samsung Galaxy S4.

Do you have an amplifier for the headphones? No.

Thanks a lot guys!

I was considering either Momentums or Bose QC15s but I wanted to hear about any others that people might want to suggest! Thanks for the reply!

Hi,

You should also consider Yamaha HPH Pro 500.

Best Luck!
