Will i need an AMP?

Im brand new in this audio world so correct me if i get something wrong.

So currently i have a Astro a40 audio system with the mixamp. I want to get the Philips Fidelio x1 but have read that if i want the best sound out of it, im going to need an Amp and possibly a DAC.  So my question is if my astro mixamp will work as a Amp and a DAC? and if it does work will it be powerful enough to drive the headphone to where it's needed.

I have a 2012 A40 system, and it powered my 250 ohm Beyerdynamic DT880s just fine. It isn't meant for high impedance headphones though, so the volume was a little quieter than I normally listen at. The Fidelio is only a 30 ohm (low impedance) headphone though, so it shouldn't need an amp at all, but adding one is ok too.
