Portable, rugged, balanced, slightly warm headphones under 200

I'm looking to upgrade from my koss dj100s. I don't wear them outside but I want to be able to throw them in my bag so I can use them for working from different places. I have about 200 usd to spend. Here are my criteria:

Balanced sound
Slightly warm/musical
Wide soundstage
Good for lots of different styles of music
Rugged
Portable

Any suggestions?

Edit: I'll be driving them with the fiio x3 so power isn't an issue.

Also, should be around the ear not on ear.

Heard people have a hard time getting a good fit. Also, they're 250.

I'm looking at the Pioneer HDJ 2000s. Hard to get good info on them though. Any opinions?

Hi,

You should consider SoundMagic HP-100 and Shure SRH-840.

Best Luck!
