Anything wrong with using wireless storage on an iPhone?

Something like this http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-3132_7-57574446-98/wireless-mobile-storage-expander-roundup-frequent-travelers-youll-want-one-of-these/

It would be so much easier than buying another high capacity DAP. Does anyone think there would be any problems sound wise?

BUMP... anyone?

I'm thinking about getting the G-Connect.  I will serve as a data source for my music library (mostly apple lossless) between the macbook and iPhone.  I don't need a battery and USB 2.0 is perfectly OK by me.  These were on sale for $49 at Frys earlier, 500GB for 50-$70 seems like a good deal.
