Sub-$200 headphones for rock and similar styles

I'm looking for new headphones, but I don't want to spend much more than $150-200.  I was looking at the ATH M50 for a while, but now I'm having second thoughts.  I've tried a couple low-end Sennheiser models in the past, but they just don't produce quite enough bass, and sometimes the higher mids are too recessed for my liking.  What's a good up-front, somewhat bassy headphone in this price range?

Hi,

You should consider Shure SRH-840.

This are natural sounding headphones with nice bass and pretty detailed highs. Built quality is also very good. They come with extra pads and detacheable cable.

Best Luck!
