Audio Technica ath-m50 burning in and others

My audio technica m50 just arrived and i tested for about 1 hour. Tested with my laptop (acer aspire 5742z) and my nexus 4. I've 3 questions:

-How i can do the "burn-in" process, it's necessary?

-I need an amp with these headphones?

-Other thing that can help me for a better sound? (Software for pc, for android, other hardware).

Sorry for bad english.

Thanks all.

Just listen your favorite music.

Headphones will improve in time.

After 24 hours you will hear the difference - improved soundstage, highs and bass.

M50 doesn't require an AMP but good source you will hear.

Try foobar with ASIO/KS/WASAPI on your PC.

....and enjoy your headphones!:)
