Hoping for a comparison between the JDS C5D and the iBasso D-Zero, and would I benefit from either?

I know these that the first is more than twice the price of the other.

I use the JDS ODAC + JDS cMoyBB + AKG K141 mkII + Laptop when on the go, which yields a very nice sound (a bit bass lacking without the cMoy's bass boost, a bit muddy with, I've yet to find a decent enough EQ plug-in for foobar2k) but is not ultraconvenient, I just happen to need a laptop with me most of the time. I've recently ordered an iBasso DX50 (yet to arrive). I hear that even without any external amping the DX50 does a decent job. Both DAC/Amps are slim, portable and stack up nicely with the DX50.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

And if not DAC/Amps, then just the amp. A neat stack isn't paramount, but it does have a fair bearing on the decision.

Thanks again
