Should I buy Etymotics ER-4P if I already own Vsonic GR07 bass edition?

I love my Vsonics, I can't imagine there is anything that sounds as good as them for the price. But it is a bit tough to get a good seal with them, and I frequently find myself pushing them back into my ears as they get loose. The orange tips that came with them did give a very good fit, but I lost one of the two so I have to make do with a different size. I also own a pair of Klipsch Image X10 and while they sound nowhere near as good, I love the deep inserting double flange tips. They stay stable for hours and give me just about complete isolation, so I use them when I'm in the gym or going for a run. Now I'm interested in the Etys since I'd like a really good BA headphone to complement the dynamic Vsonics. Amazon is currently selling them for $225, which seems like a good price.

However, my main concern is if they'll sound better than the Vsonics and if they'll sound too similar. The Etys have an MSRP that's around $100 higher, but the Vsonics are a fantastic value for the price. And both are known to give a very neutral and accurate sound. So will they be unique enough from each other that it's worth having both or will I not be able to tell them apart? And if the sound is too similar, what earphones with a similar fit and similar price point would you recommend instead?

Thanks

I have not heard the Vsonics, but I would expect the Etys to have a much different sound signature than the bassy Vsonics. The Etys are very neutral, not at all like the Klipsch.

If you want to save some money, get the Ety hf-3. You get most of the ER-4p sound, and the same isolation, for a $100 less than the ER-4p. That's not true of the MC-series - those are a different beast.

Hmm are the hf3s just hf5s with a microphone? Cause the hf5s are $50 cheaper and I don't own an iPhone or have any interest in an inline mic.

Also, I should add that I'm going to use them both unamped from a Galaxy S4 and amped from a FiiO E10 connected to my desktop. So I'd like something that will sound good in both instances.

Oh - sorry - yes - I always get those confused. I guess it just seems backwards to me that the lower number is more expensive! Yes, the hf-3 and hf-5 are the same except for the mic and controls.

the Ety's are fine in both cases,
