I just bought a new pair of Beyerdynamic DT770s today from a local store after giving the ones on display a good demo. They sound just as good except that with some songs the bass causes the left driver to rattle which as you can imagine is rather annoying and detracts from the listening experience. So is it the companies duty to give me a replacement since the pair that I've been sold has a defect? I rang today but to no answer so will try tomorrow but I just wanted to know for now what you guys think.
